职位描述: TheProgramManagerisresponsibleforleadingtheprograminallaspects,fromprogramaward(or"RequestForQuotationApproval"[RFQA]insomecases)until6monthsafterStartofProduction.He/sheistheguarantorofcustomersatisfactioninconjunctionwiththeachievementofprogramQuality,CostandDeliveryobjectives,whileensuringprofitabilitythroughouttheentireprogramlifecycle.Themainmissionsoftheroleareto:?DevelopstrongrelationshipsandmanagetheongoingnegotiationswiththecustomerastheofficialFaureciarepresentative.?PrepareandsubmittheRFQAtoManagementifrelevant.?LiaisewiththeProgramController,buildtheinitialBusinessPlan,definethePrograminvestmentscheme,andreleaseinvestmentsincompliancewithcontrollingprocedures;takeeconomicalresponsibilityforalldeviationsfrominitialrequirements.?LaunchandmonitortheProgram:trackprogressbyupdatingBusinessPlan,ProgramDashboardandBudgetReports,andbyleadingreviewsofprogramstepsandresults.?ConductRisk/Opportunityanalyses,anddevelopandimplementappropriateactionplans.?Arbitrateanyconflictswiththecustomeronfinancialand/ortechnicalissues.?Staff,manageandco-ordinateacross-functionalprogramteam(Sales,Controlling,Purchasing,Quality,Production,SupplyChain,Product&Processengineering),anddefineteammembers'objectivesandassignments.?Createa"ProgramManagementculture"byensuringprocessesdefinedintheFaureciaProgramManagementSystem(PMS)areappliedatallsteps,andbydevelopingsynergiesbetweenallactorsinvolvedintheprogram.?Organisecommunicationsthroughouttheprogramlifecycle.?EnsuresmoothprogramtransferfromDevelopmentCentretoProductionPlant.?OrganisekeyprograminformationtoensureProgramcontinuityandtocontributetoknowledgemanagement.
